Information you give me

Contact form. When you send a question or request a free consultation, I collect your name, email, your message, and how you heard about House of Gratitude. I use it to reply and keep a record of our work together.

Booking. Massage and coaching appointments are booked through Square, a separate service run by Block, Inc. Information you enter there, including any health information on intake questions, is handled under Square's privacy policy. I receive what you submit so I can provide safe, appropriate care, and I keep any health information confidential.

Gift card purchases. When you buy a gift card, I collect your name, email, billing details, and the recipient's details you provide. Payments are processed by Squarespace's payment partners; I never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

Cookies and analytics. This site is hosted by Squarespace. Some cookies are always used because the site needs them to work securely, including for checkout. Analytics cookies, which help me understand visits (pages viewed, general location, device and browser type, and how you arrived), are only used if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Preferences link on the site.

Spam protection. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you use the page, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How your information is shared

I don't sell or rent your personal information. It's shared only with the services that run this site and my business: Squarespace and its payment processors (website hosting, forms, gift card sales, analytics), Google (reCAPTCHA), and Square (booking). I may also disclose information if required by law.

Your choices and rights

Ask to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you by emailing Kateh907@icloud.com.

Manage cookies through the cookie banner or your browser settings.

Do Not Track: this site does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Analytics cookies are only used if you accept them.

Links to other sites

This site links to Square, Instagram, Facebook, and other sites I don't control. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from them.

If I update this policy, I'll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date.
